Privacy issues!

Alone of all the Contacts apps this remarkable address book will update changes in contact info, such as telephone number, addresses, and job data, through sophisticated web searches. These data changes are periodically presented for user inspection and approval and updating. PROBLEM ISSUES: UPDATING: If you are unsure of the update info and select that option, no changes will be made, but you also lose the new data and it does not appear to be retrievable. This new data should be stored in a buffer to allow you edit and change contact at will, and only permanently delete when you finalize contact. NOTES: Only a few hundred words are maintained from original Apple Contact Notes. CircleBack appears to truncate the full length of the Contact Notes. This is totally unacceptable and dooms this app to infrequent use, rather than being a primary go-to app.

Wish they had an app to check for duplicate files that worked that well!

Love this app. I no longer have to type in contacts email addresses.

I would highly recommend this app if this day and age when contacts are all over the place circleback works

This app saves me so much time in capturing data, names, titles etc. its truly extraordinary. I couldnt be more happy.

App keeps contacts up to date which really helps in this highly changeable world. Like a personal assistant.

Tired of the never ending emails stating I have updates ready when there are none. I dont have time for this!

Without fact based evidence I cannot say that I have identified the villain in the incident known as The blender event, where it is as though all my contacts have been put in a blender. Examples include messages from people, cenotaph are not those people. What I do know is that my iContacts have been scrambled. Being the eternal optimist In I see it as an opportunity to weed out those that faded away. Or group them, because you never know... What I do know is that all was ok before using this program. After installation and fuel use, problems developed. Col. Mustard, knife, kitchen.... , L8r. M

One of the best apps Ive ever downloaded and definitely worth the price!

I have been very impressed by the CircleBack business card scanner. It is an easy way to add to my contact list so that I can utilize those individuals as resources in the immediate were distant future.

Edit - Circlebacks Support team reached out to me within 24 hours of this review being posted, and had resolved my issue within 4 hours. Great customer service, and the app is back to its 5* best! EDITED - Since the latest version, Ive was unable to reauthorize my outlook email account. Username and password is fine, but "something has happened" is not the greatest error message in the world. Shame, it was awesome while it worked
