CircleBack - Updated Contacts App Reviews

Really enjoying the app. I have to admit, I do not frequently provide comments/reviews but their customer service really had me excited. I asked about something that was not available within the app and not only did they add, but followed up to see how I liked it. I am sure there are ways they can continue to improve their app, but their CS in my interaction is best in class.

I have a lot of contacts and have been waiting for an app like this to help me keep them organized.

This app does an amazing job of merging my duplicate contacts and finding contact information from emails I receive from clients and vendors.

Really enjoying this newest incarnation. Only issue is I have one contact that keeps reoccurring as email signature capture.

Liking this app better each time I use it! Has the capability of creating custom contact groupings, and supports individual contacts being associated with multiple group designations. Excellent also for cleaning up contact list and merging duplicates together, with full control of photo choice, and spelling of names!

App gets stuck when trying to find a contact and scan a business card. Frustrating!

Great product! Luckily, I had this. When I got a new phone, I was able to restore all of my contacts!

The program locks up almost every time it is used. It also keeps asking to merge that same contacts again and again.

4300 contacts to 3500 and still see a ton of duplicates. One person listed 12 times.

Best part I like is the signature capture.

The app requires registration to be used. I needed to change the password but the reset functionality does not work on either iOS or laptop. This rendered the app useless.

CircleBack works as advertised. I use it all the time. Its a great app to have if youre in sales, because CicleBack will glean all pertinent info from a business card & turn it into a contact on your computer. The only •Ding• I give is that Apple mail is the only email provider that this app cant do a whole lot with.

My contacts are al backed up on the server, but when I run the restore, nothing comes in. It says you can select all. Nope. I can only do it ONE-BY-ONE. I have over 700 contacts. Awful

Excellent application to stay on top of your contacts!! Love it!!

Was working well for a while now crashes when I update numbers

It shuts down here and there, other than that it is nice,works perfectly.

App crashes whenever I click into a new capture to accept/reject the changes

Was working fine then you "checked the oil and rotated the tires ", which caused some info to be removed. The only good thing was I had an "old" backup that I was able to restore my info. The new backup had issues opening and when it did open, there was only ONE contact. Very disappointed with the update that was recently done, Ill search for a different app, thanks.

Every time I scan a card I have to tediously go through every element to make sure it is correct. I have never once scanned a card and not had to fix something. Things like it breaking the address into 4 different separate addresses, each with only one element. Or getting the website right but the email wrong. It does save time vs manually entering these but it makes a looooot of basic errors.
