CircleBack - Updated Contacts App Reviews

An app has to be super special for me to take the time and endorse it. This is one of the very few that I can honestly say is an excellent tool! Kudos to the designers!!!

The most recent update has messed up this app. I cannot merge accounts, and can only do contact updates. The other issue is that I cannot do a backup, so I cannot delete and reload it because I dont have a backup!

Was running good but now email capture continues to fail

I really like the app. Does a great job finding information and provides a clean interface to perform updates. It finds contact info I didnt realize I was getting, from email etc

I find the app very useful for not only contact management and cleanup, but also for my prospecting efforts while Im in the field. I can easily create new contacts from business cards and send off a simple follow up email directly from the UI. As their roles change, I get notifications that are often more useful than LinkedIn since not all prospects accept invitations to connect.

This app has so many great features. Thank you!

This app is getting better by the week. Scanning business cards is great as are the duplicates and email signature recognition functions. I just discovered the sync function which means I can use this as fully integrated with iPhone contacts. Very useful

My contacts have been a mess forever, couldnt sync them across platforms as there were so many duplicates. Finally have a central place to store and arrange my contacts across phone, laptop and desktop. Works seamlessly and the signature analyzer is great. Highly recommend!

This app will move your contacts from the stock iPhone contact app. I have been still entering new contacts into Apples contacts so I an access info from all my devices. I assumed CircleBack just accessed the Apple app. I would never let it move all my information had I known. Also I have never shared, or allowed access to my social media. Now since I have used CircleBack I get all sorts of friends suggestions on Facebook. Only by accessing my private information could this be possible. I have been very vigilant about this, but it seeems that has been circumvented.

Has been, for me EXTREMELY useful occasionally it says we have 5 updates then it will say Sherri changed her last name from "Wilson" to "Jones" accept then there might be one Joe Smith has been added as Joe Smith Sr. add contact or change current one & keep old contact as well, you get the idea.

Works great and helps organize my contacts. Makes scanning a business card into your contact list a breeze.

This seems to be the only app that doesnt mess my contacts up
