Since the latest version, Ive been unable to reauthorize my outlook email account. Username and password is fine, but "something has happened" is not the greatest error message in the world. Shame, it was awesome while it worked

Not happy. Merges contacts w/o my knowing. Very confusing.

The developer was prompt with a response and a fix. Happily using the product again. Still best-of-breed in its class. --- The app requires registration to be used. I needed to change the password but the reset functionality does not work on either iOS or laptop. This rendered the app useless.

Great app to help clean up your multiple contact lists! Especially if you have more than one email address on your phone!

Kind of dont have to do much but allow duplicates to be deleted if merged and it keeps track of any new contacts that are made by email or text

Soo unless I am completely messing up the app myself( plausible for sure) I now have like not 1-2 or even 3 sets I have 10-15 sets of the exact same people ALL throughout my whole address book. Its very very screwy now:(

Signature capture is limited to Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, or Yahoo email only. I cannot take advantage of this feature.

If you have been utilizing contacts a long time with Apple and have merged on your own or have a large book of business...DO NOT USE. The idea is interesting, however, it completely undid all the previous merges done over the years, managed to sync incorrect companies and names to emails and numbers and now am left to manually go back to cleaning it up. If you have few contacts or are new to apple this may be a solution but not for established small business owners.

I had many duplicates on my iPhone. The Circleback app enabled me to merge them simply. When I had a question, I got a quick and helpful response. Very pleased.

This application is the worst thing Ive ever downloaded to a phone. It merged the wrong contacts, companys, phone numbers together. It really did a number on my phone, I still havent been able to clean it all up. What a mess...

I would highly recommend this to anyone that wants their contacts keep current, up to date❤️

This app perfectly managed contacts from my many, many accounts. Now, it has merged half my contacts together that were no where close to duplicates! My contacts are a complete mess. Now I have to figure out which backup to restore and loose the latest data in the process. ADVICE: What until the developers fix this HUGE issue before downloading this app. Im sure they will make it into a excellent app again.

Overall, this is a nice contact app. However, there are some oddities. As other reviewers have mentioned, the app defaults to "work" home and phone numbers. Theyre ought to be an option to make these defaults to whatever the user defines. Or it ought to "learn" to do this. Also, a particular annoyance is that the app does NOT SAVE NOTES. Very frustrating, as I often type reminders to myself… Client special interests, childrens names, pet names, etc. I wish theyd fix this right away. They say theyre aware of it, but… Being aware of such an oversight and actually correcting it are miles apart. I love the fact that you can categorize/group contacts. Very, very helpful.

Would like to see export option to .csv or database rather than to CRM only.

How can an app that works this well be free (minus the business card scanner feature). This app is amazing. Buy it!

When you have lots of contacts, the software starts to mix them together and call them duplicates. Of my ~5000 contacts, I had 200 of them mixed and marked duplicates. Frustrating!

The app does its job, and helps me update contacts properly. It seems to change phone numbers to "work", instead of keeping "home", "cell", etc. I have used several contact management apps in the past, and I really like this one, as it somehow helps you update contacts positions without having to look in social media to see what people are doing these days.
