❤️❤️❤️ Love how easy CircleBack is to use!

The update to the scanning feature has made the app unuseable. Please give an option to take the picture of the biz card as before

The program locks up almost every time it is used. It also keeps asking to merge that same contacts again and again.

This has been the most useful app for me in collecting contact information. I love the easy cardscan and also email signature collection. A must have app!

I deleted it for the very reason it would not update the stock address book app. I might try it again but it could and should be more.

CircleBack cleaned up 99% of my contacts clutter and for that I am grateful. The feature emerging duplicates was particularly helpful and mostly accurate. I performed an auto merge duplicates and was pretty happy with the results until I found that it had merged the contact information of my two daughters and one. Not recognizing that circle back and done it, I changed one of the merged contacts back to the correct information. Then I went back to look into CircleBack and found I was able to on merge the two names because I had change one of them. I think it would be reasonable for the developers to keep track of "originals" so that we can undo any incorrect automated duplicates merge. Regardless, however, this app has been very useful and time-saving. The only reason I write the detailed review his help improve the product.

Works great, and has more effective signature recognition than some paid apps.

It successfully merged most of my duplicate contacts. However I have ongoing problems with updates that are out of date and it is consuming more and more memory on my phone.

This is the best thing it works amazing since Facebook and linked in added duplicated of my address book and messed up people contacts in my phone this cleaned up my address book and made it so easy I highly recommend to everyone

Excellent and easy to use!

Must have this app. This is the best way to keep track of all your contacts and do not lose your information even if something happens with your phone. I switch my phone and lost all my contacts; I was supposed to have all my contacts saved say but it didnt happen.... I wish I had this app before

With SFDC and email account sync Ive found this card scanning app to be invaluable in cutting done the copy and paste work. An essential tool for any BD or Sales person.

Showed up on app: BizCardScan as an upgrade. Wrong. Not related and could not import data. Not an upgrade to BizCardScan scan app!

Still trying to work out how to use it solely on my phone but its a great app!!!

The main thing I use the app for is to merge contacts because my emails always sync up poorly and this stops me from having 10 of every person in my contact list. It usually works great but this version has a bug that doesnt let me merge contacts. It will spin and say merging forever unless you close out the app and it wont actually do anything. Even just selecting one contact and trying to merge them individually doesnt work. Ill leave a better review when this gets fixed because its usually working flawlessly
